Planning the occasion

Choosing a vehicle?
Here’s what helps.

A car or motorcycle can form part of a set, a shop display, an exhibition or a product launch. Take a look at the vehicles and tell us which one you have in mind.

We will need to know how the vehicle gets in, where it will stand and when it can be delivered and collected. Tell us whether people will use the doors, lights or interior so we can check the arrangements with the owner.

In your enquiry

Three details that help.

01

The entrance and setup

Send the entrance dimensions, any loading restrictions and the time available to set up.

02

During the display

Tell us about the surface, barriers, public access and any branding you would like to add.

03

After the event

Let us know when the vehicle can be collected and how it will leave the venue.

The next step

Tell us what
you have in mind.

Let us know which vehicle you like, where you need it and when. We’ll check the arrangements and prepare a quote.
